In 2025, the Eric Marsh Foundation provided direct support too:

18 families who lost a wildland firefighter in the line of duty

17 catastrophically injured wildland firefighters 

 

Mission of the Eric Marsh Foundation

Born from loss and built on love, the Eric Marsh Foundation provides immediate and ongoing support to Wildland firefighters and their families—standing beside them long after the sirens fade.

 

History of the Eric Marsh Foundation

Founded in 2014 by Amanda Marsh after the loss of Eric Marsh and the Granite Mountain Hotshots, the Foundation was created to meet urgent needs often left unmet after tragedy- financial support, emotional care, and practical  help for wildland firefighter families. Today, from Prescott, Arizona, EMF serves wildland firefighter and families nationwide.
