When Eric first met Amanda, coffee wasn’t something he thought much about. On the fire line, instant coffee was the extent of his investment. Amanda, a former college barista, introduced him to the pleasure of really good coffee — and before long, Eric was brewing surprisingly great coffee on the fire line and savoring it at home.
Eric drank his coffee black, by choice. He didn’t want to get used to milk or extras he couldn’t rely on while deployed. Good coffee, simply prepared, became part of his routine — steady, grounding, and familiar.
Bringing coffee into our product line was a natural fit. We are deeply grateful that the Roastery of Cave Creek donates every part of the roasting process, allowing 100% of the proceeds from this coffee to go directly toward serving wildland firefighters and their families.
